Is there a good way to bypass the download limits? I'd like to grab the while thing but it takes forever when you have to wait between downloading portions.

Use Megadownloader @https://megadownloader.en.softonic.com/ as it allows you to bypass the limits. Not sure on how to do it on MAC though.

On a Mac use JDownloader2. You can also use this on Windows.

I mean this collection was encoded by me. And at the time 'Only Yesterday' was only available with Japanese audio. Since the I've encoded it with the English dub.
