When you UnRAR the downloaded four parts you will see the folder with the iso file in it.

If you don't know how to install an ISO file use DAEMON TOOLS LITE 10

Mount ISO & install.
Open ISO folder in File Explorer. In the mounted iso folder [SKIDROW] should be the exe this is the "crack".
Copy & overwrite the exe from the [SKIDROW] folder into the Doom installed folder.
Eject ISO then launch the game & play.
