Don't use vlc player. Try pot player.

If u wanna still use VLC run them via this command WinKey + R and paste

"<path to yout vlc.exe file>" --codec avcodec

eg.:

"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --codec avcodec

and hit enter
