I'm sorry I'm new. How do I decrypt it?
For the link you just open the 'M' part in a new tab then replace 'x' with 'mega' and paste the 'K' after it and hit enter, or just click here for a direct link.
For the files, you can use Keka for MacOS or WinRAR/RarZilla if you're on Windows.

seems like x265 is the flavor of the month right now with a ton of stuff being uploaded/shared. Combine that with the bandwidth limits (although beatable) I can see why a lot of people dont bother uploading things > 5GB as there will be a bunch of people who either can't or dont know how to download it.
If the current trend continues then you're probably better off finding alternative sources for your x264 goodness. Torrenting, click thru sites/ddl, irc, etc
