AFAIK, the assembly cut (aka special edition) is the only alternate version of Alien 3.
However, the 2010 Bluray version is a bit different from the 2003 DVD version because they reunited the original cast and re-recorded some dialogues, making audio quality better than on DVD (but it also introduced a goof that wasn't on the DVD...)
