yeah commentary works for me but the normal audio is completely ruined. Does anyone have a fix?

I know I'm late, but I just converted it to mp4 with handbrake. Took about 60 minutes and it works fine

The file has 2 audio sources or streams. One with commentary and one normal. You can switch between either using the audio options in your player.

In VLC, right click on the video -> Audio -> Audio Track ->Choose the track you want.

In Pot Player, when video is playing hit Alt+A
