Hi, thanks for the upload! I have a couple of questions. Is this the extended version? And if there was any commentary audio track, is it included?

It is the extended version. There is no commentary track. If you look at the MediaInfo linked in the post, there is only one audio track.

What's the resolution? 1920x800? And if so, why is it seemingly so hard to find movies 1080p movies that are like 1920 x 1040?

What!?
Any 16:9 (1.85:1) widescreen aspect movie @1080p is... wait for it... 1920×1080. This happens to be 2.35:1 (cinematic widescreen) and so comes in at ~800px high.
